Fans of homegrown musical artists with a flair for the eclectic will love this “Music On The Lawn” presented by American Tobacco Campus and North Carolina Public Radio-WUNC 91.5 FM. Free and open to the public, the series features a mix of acoustic, jazz, blues, bluegrass, Motown and salsa, combined with WUNC’s “Back Porch Music”, a popular blend of traditional and new folk music heard on 91.5 FM Friday-Sunday nights.

The Quilt Show will feature over 300 quilts available for viewing as well as offer daily demonstrations, special displays, a vendor mall and a Silent Auction of small quilts, with proceeds going to
